Hundred of people turned up to meet Outlander star Sam Heughan at Total Wine & More in Austin’s Mueller Retail Center and Spill the ATX was there!
On assignment for Austin.com, we showed up at the event about an hour before the Summer of Sassenach signing began. After speaking with fans that had been in line for over 12 hours, we walked over to the classroom with the Scot would be signing bottles of his new Wild Scottish Gin. Little did we know that he was about to enter the room to set up for the meet and greet. Talk about being in the right place at the right time!
He immediately walked over and introduced himself. What a guy!
