I have actually visited this Costa Rica resort twice! Once when I was a starving artist fresh out of college at the turn of the century and then again to celebrate my 40-something birthday. The locale did not disappoint either time. In fact, when I visited for my b-day, the staff even left a surprise in my room to add to the celebration!
The resort features 12 pools and they’re the only natural pools of any nearby hot springs. Tabacon is also home to two restaurants, three bars and the Grand Spa.
