Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda and acclaimed Austin director Robert Rodriguez have produced a moving video supporting immigrant rights.
The new music video for the Hamilton Mixtape track Immigrants (We Get the Job Done), features individuals (including Rogue One star Riz Ahmed) singing and rapping about about being the invisible, unacknowledged pillars fueling the country, as they boldly march through various locations.
Miranda has also launched a #Ham4All challenge, encouraging fans to support the Immigrants: We Get The Job Done Coalition, an immigration-focused non-profit alliance.
Fans can donate as little as $10 and enter to win a trip to the Los Angeles opening of Hamilton, its after-party, and a meet-and-greet with Miranda. You can learn more here.
You can also join celebrities like Steph Curry, Kristen Bell, Kelly Clarkson and Eva Longoria to spread the word by singing your favorite song from the Tony-winning Broadway production and challenging others to do the same.
My #Ham4All song was easy-I sing it to my kids often. Donated proudly to #immigrantswegetthejobdone.https://t.co/7cQs9sAURW UR up @joshgad! pic.twitter.com/3Vw4W5lKJ9
