While we here at Spill the ATX are serious fans of F1 and its drivers, we are also big fans of the wives and girlfriends. We couldn’t miss the opportunity to watch them in action on the paddock at Circuit of the Americas in Austin.
Here are our favorite F1 WAGS moments at the USGP in Austin, Texas!
Geri Halliwell
You may recognize her as Ginger Spice but Geri Halliwell is now better known as one of the F1 WAGS as she’s the wife of Christian Horner. She has been seen on the Netflix series Drive to Survive numerous time.
We had more than one opportunity to speak with her on the paddock. When asked if we’ll hear new music from her anytime soon, she told us she’s working on a book and accompanying music.
Charlotte Siine
The internet went wild for our video of Charles Leclerc entering the paddock on Saturday. Come to find out, they were more excited to see his girlfriend Charlotte Siine (and profile everything she was wearing each day).
Carmen Montero MundtÂ
She’s beauty and she’s grace… Carmen Montero Mundt walked onto the paddock with Mercedes Driver George Russell on Saturday looking comfortable yet chic.
Kelly Piquet
Unfortunately, we didn’t get the be up close and personal with Kelly Piquet at anytime during the weekend. Max Verstappen‘s girlfriend did, however, post some pics out and about in Austin.
Carola Martinez
Not only was Sergio Perez‘s wife Carola Martinez on hand for the race, but it was a family affair! Here’s an adorable pic we snapped of Checo post race with his son Emilio.
