SXSW is back in person this year and we have definitely missed it! One of our favorite parts of the festival is the pop-ups and installations and we can’t wait to see what the fest has in store for us this year. Since we are now just weeks away, we’re posting our lists of celebs confirmed to attend as well as the best pop-ups we’ve heard about. Be sure to bookmark this page and check back often as we will be updating this list as things are announced!

Blockchain Creative Labs SXSW Takeover

Blockchain Creative Labs is FOX Entertainment’s NFT studio. This year they’re taking over SXSW with parties, events, and experiments. They’re inviting festival-goers to create and interact with NFTs, Blockchain, and the Metaverse. Did we mention WWE will be there?
Ray’s NYC x Bumble Pop-up

NYC’s Lower East celebrity-loved dive bar, Ray’s, is heading to SXSW in partnership with Austin’s own Bumble. Ray’s will include free food & beverage (yes, booze too) – making guests truly feel like they’re being welcomed into the home of a friend. Additionally, limited-edition Filson x Ray’s Austin hats will be sold and the orange Ray’s Texas t-shirts will be handed out.
Peacock Playground

Meow Wolf

Meow Wolf is coming to SXSW in collaboration with Spatial! Spatial will be providing Meow Wolf an interdimensional portal at “The Spatial Holodeck.” The experience has infinite potential of immersive technologies to enhance human experiences in real world environments.

Prime Video’s The Boys (starring Austinite Jensen Ackles) is teaming up with Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls in what we can only imagine is a crazy good time! There’s going to be burger stands and a carousel of dreams and more. Don’t forget to drop by the supersize juicebox bar for a Lizzo inspired cocktail.

Tour Icon’s “House Zero”

We’ve heard 3D-printing has become a big thing but we didn’t think house big. You can now witness a 3D-printed house yourself. Austin’s very own ICON is giving tours of their “House Zero” as an official SXSW event. Their East 17th Street residences were the first 3D-printed homes sold in the U.S.
