As TMZ first reported, Austinite and Supernatural star Jared Padalecki was allegedly arrested on two counts of assault and one count of public intoxication outside the Austin bar Stereotype on Sunday morning.

According to the Austin American Statesman, he was actually charged with two counts of Class A misdemeanor assault with injury. They posted a full report on what went down here.

TMZ also posted video in their report filed on Sunday.

Now, ATXgossip has obtained new video from Instagram user @bydanielleamelia.

She was walking by Stereotype around 2:17am on Sunday when she says Padalecki pushed past her.

Once she realized who he was, she took out her phone and snapped these pictures and video.

She didn’t stay to watch the rest of the events play out because, she says, “The Halal truck was calling my name.” We feel you, girl!

As stated in this previous post, we’ve all had our drunken moments of regret. Sounds like things perhaps just got out of hand. I doubt there was any real intent of ill will. The guy just wasn’t thinking straight.
