The newest season of White Lotus is set on the sunny shores of Thailand and filmed at the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui. To celebrate that, the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is introducing a new afternoon tea experience inspired by the series.
Designed to immerse guests in the world of The White Lotus, the picture perfect experience embodies everything there is to love about the hit series with a bespoke lotus-inspired tea stand, beautifully curated menus, and background music that nods to the show’s unmistakable soundtrack.
Menu items include:
- A delicate chicken dumpling with langoustine extraction, ginge, and coriander.
- Crispy crab and green papaya tartlet with lotus cream and roasted peanuts.
- Duck spring roll with Thai basil and green chilli.
- Curried tiger prawn sando with pickled mango and lime.
Plus, indulgent sweet treats with exotic Thai twists like…
- A black sesame and hazelnut teacake.
- Tea-infused croustillant caramel with sweetcorn mousse.
- Honey cheesecake with fresh pomelo salad, a mango, Thai basil, and lime éclair.
- Slow-roasted pineapple and pandan brioche cake.
The White Lotus Afternoon Tea at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is available February 20 through May 16, 2025. For those lucky enough to be visiting London, you can reserve your experience here.
