The newest Ghostbusters movie is set to hit theaters on March 22 but we already saw it and we’re spilling the tea on why you should see it too!

Here’s what you need to know about Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire!

In Frozen Empire, the Spengler family returns to where it all started – the iconic New York City firehouse. In NYC, they team up with the original Ghostbusters, who have developed a top-secret research lab to take busting ghosts to the next level. Adventure ensues when an ancient evil attempts to release a second ice age.

The best part about this film is that it references many things from the original series. While the last movie (Afterlife) served more as a set up for this more modern arm of the series, this one takes both the story and the feel of the brand back to where it all began.

I may not be as big of a GB fan as Casey, but I whole heartedly agree. It is a movie for fans but also a movie for anyone who loves fun, silly, heartwarming, adventure flicks that hearken back to the ’80s.
