To celebrate the reboot of Roseanne, ABC is bringing the world of Lanford, Illinois, to SXSW.
Perhaps you recall the Lanford Lunch Box, which Roseanne opened after leaving Rodbell’s Luncheonette? Now, you can dine there yourself during SXSW at the Ultimate Roseanne Experience, where they’ll be serving up loose meat sandwiches, pie, coffee, and Canoga (root) Beer.
From there, it’s on to Roseanne and Dan’s living room where you can create an animated GIF straight from the iconic couch.
Next up, head to the Conner kitchen and grab a classic quote shirt or screen-print a custom needlepoint-inspired tote to take home as a souvenir.
Finally, kick back in a recliner in the garage and enjoy clips from the series.
And that’s not all! On Saturday and Sunday, there will be a meet and greet with cast members original and new.
Original Becky (Lecy Goranson), DJ (Michael Fishman) and new addition Emma Kenney (Darlene and David’s daughter) will all be there!
You’ll also have the chance to take home exclusive swag including collectible koozies, afghans, pin sets and more. You may even score an iconic chicken shirt or hoodie!
Oh, yeah, and then there’s this: customized sofa pedi cabs, complete with miniature afghans that blast Roseanne’s laugh and theme song, will be peddling around downtown Austin.
The Ultimate Roseanne Experience is happening Saturday, March 10, through Monday, March 12, from 11am – 6pm at Volcom Garden, located at 1209 East 6th Street.
Roseanne returns to ABC on Tuesday, March 27, at 7pm.
