Will Buxton’s book GRAND PRIX: An Illustrated History of Formula 1 isn’t set to release until August 13. But I already have a copy and I’m here to tell you, it has a prime spot on my coffee table.

I am absolutely in love with this book! With gorgeous illustrations and a journalistic style of storytelling, it’s a simple yet satisfying read that anyone will enjoy flicking through. The book is separated into sections where you’ll be introduced to (or reminded of) the heroes of each decade in Formula 1 history. You’ll meet the champions and the drivers they did battle with, discover the teams of the past and present and learn all about the twists and turns of each tracks and the best races that have happened throughout the years.

Will Buxton’s book GRAND PRIX: An Illustrated History of Formula 1 is a must have for every F1 fan past, present and future!

The captivating collection also contains features on every aspect of the sport today. From the factories to race weekend garage setups, car design, the art of the pitstop and more, you’ll get insight into every thrilling part of the motorsport.

Clearly, Buxton knows what he’s talking about. If you’ve watched any of the hit Netflix series Formula 1: Drive to Survive, then you know him as the lead commentator who always has something to say about the teams, the drivers, the drama and more!

Whether you’re a new fan or an OG, looking for the perfect gift for a racing fan, or you just want to look cool with an F1 book in your collection, this is the one to buy! And the price is actually a bit of a bargain. While the Formula 1 book at H&M retails for a whopping $60+, this superior book retails for just $29.99.
