We learned a lot of things at SXSW. We saw some new movies, were introduced to a few up-and-coming bands, we even learned about an in car gaming system that utilizes the safety camera features to create a real life video game for your kids to play on road trips. But nothing compares to that moment when Gabrielle Union professed her love for The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.

It happened on the red carpet for the Amazon Studios film The Idea of You – a project on which Union serves as a producer. After answering the first few of our Texas This or That questions, she was asked to choose between two Texas films: Texas Chainsaw Massacre or Best Little Whorehouse. Union enthusiastically replied, “It’s not even close!” and then broke into song, reciting the lyrics to “The Aggie Song.”

PS, we also asked her to choose between Friday Night Lights TV show and movie. She chose the film before exclaiming, “Don’t tell Michael B. Jordan!”
